At Patina, we take great care in delivering products to you, partnering only with reputed national courier services. Since each craftsman/artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary, though we aim for a 7/10 business day delivery window, if not earlier. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected delays from our transporters due to inclement weather conditions and social strikes. Thank you for your understanding.
Patina, is set up to accept online orders, currently through credit card, mobile wallets (like Mobikwik, Phonepay, HDFC payzapp, Airtel Money and Freecharge) and UPI apps (like Phonepay, Paytm, Google Pay and Bhim UPI).
Credit Card payments issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa MasterCard Network, requiring 16 digit card number and 3 digit CVV number, and transaction will reflect in your bank statement. As a start-up and for ease of operation, we currently do not entertain returns, and work based on a, ‘No return No refund’ policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
